The movie “Avengers: Endgame” is an epic superhero film that follows the aftermath of the devastating events of “Avengers: Infinity War”. The story begins with Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, who is stranded in space with Nebula after Thanos snapped his fingers and wiped out half of all life in the universe. They are eventually rescued and brought back to Earth by Captain Marvel.

Once back on Earth, the remaining Avengers team up to devise a plan to defeat Thanos and undo his snap. With the help of Ant-Man, they come up with a plan to travel through time and retrieve all six Infinity Stones before Thanos can get his hands on them.

The Avengers split up into teams to go back in time and retrieve the stones from various points in history. However, this causes some unintended consequences as they encounter past versions of themselves and alter certain events. In addition, Thanos from the past becomes aware of their plan and sends his army to attack the Avengers’ base in present day.

The Avengers manage to retrieve all six stones and use them to bring everyone who was snapped back to life. However, their victory is short-lived as Thanos arrives with his army, determined to stop them from changing the course of history. In a massive battle scene, all of the heroes band together against Thanos and his forces.

In a heartbreaking moment, Black Widow sacrifices herself so that Hawkeye can retrieve the Soul Stone. The battle culminates with Tony wielding the Infinity Stones himself, snapping his fingers and wiping out Thanos’ army at great cost - he dies from using so much power.

The movie ends with Tony’s funeral where all of our favorite superheroes gather together one last time to say goodbye. Steve Rogers decides to stay behind in the past and live out a life with Peggy Carter, passing his shield onto Sam Wilson (aka Falcon). The movie closes on Steve passing down his legacy as Captain America to Sam in a touching moment.

Overall, “Avengers: Endgame” is a thrilling and emotional conclusion to the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Infinity Saga. The film is packed with action, humor, and heart - making it a must-watch for fans of the superhero genre.

review

As a fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), I had high expectations for “Avengers: Endgame.” And let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The movie managed to exceed my expectations and deliver an emotional and satisfying conclusion to over a decade of storytelling.

The movie picks up where “Avengers: Infinity War” left off, with half of all life in the universe wiped out by Thanos’ snap. The remaining Avengers are left broken and desperate, but they refuse to give up. They come together to create a plan to undo what Thanos has done and restore order to the universe.

One thing that stood out to me about “Endgame” was its pacing. Despite being three hours long, the movie never felt slow or dragged out. Every scene felt necessary and contributed to the overall story. The first act is dedicated to exploring the emotional fallout of the snap and giving each character a chance to process their grief. This is followed by a heist-like mission in which the Avengers travel through time in an attempt to gather the Infinity Stones before Thanos does.

The second act is filled with action as our heroes battle Thanos once again, this time with everything on the line. It’s during this fight that we see some truly epic moments, including Captain America wielding Mjolnir and Iron Man using his nanotech suit in creative ways.

But what really sets “game” apart is its third act. Without giving too much away, it’s safe to say that this final battle will go down in cinematic history as one of the most epic scenes ever put on film. Every hero gets their moment to shine, every punch feels well-earned, and every victory feels hard-fought.

But what really makes “Endgame” special isn’t just its action sequences; it’s its heart. This is a movie that’s not afraid to let its characters be vulnerable and emotional. It’s a movie that celebrates the idea of family, both biological and chosen. And it’s a movie that understands the importance of sacrifice.

Without giving away any spoilers, I will say that the way “Endgame” wraps up the stories of some of our favorite characters is both satisfying and emotional. It’s clear that a lot of care was put into giving each character the ending they deserved.

Overall, “Avengers: Endgame” is an incredible achievement in filmmaking. It manages to deliver everything fans could want from a superhero movie - action, humor, heart - while also serving as a fitting conclusion to over a decade of storytelling. If you’re a fan of the MCU, this is a movie you do not want to miss.

As a child, I was moved by the movie “The Bad News Bears Go to Japan” where Japanese professional baseball players and American actors performed in front of a large audience. This made me fall in love with the movie. This blog is my review of the movie that I actually saw. Please use it as a reference when renting movies.

For a long time, in between housework,
I would go to the movie theater to watch films and then write reviews of the movies in a diary which I stored away in a closet.
When I showed these reviews to Azesan, he suggested turning them into a website.
I am grateful for this wonderful opportunity. I may be nearing the end of my life, but if reading my reviews can move the hearts of younger people,
I think that would be wonderful.
It may even become a catalyst for various realizations and changes in their lives moving forward.
